1918/7-S 25C FS-101 -- Cleaning -- PCGS Genuine. AU Details. This S-mint overdate is a key to the Standing Liberty quarter series along with the first-year 1916. Its importance not only within the set but among all 20th century issues explains the consistently strong demand from collectors of all ilks. This is a pleasing, well-detailed example with moderately bright surfaces. Specks of orange patina are visible near the recessed areas. Liberty's head, shield, and a couple of rivets are incomplete, but the date is strong. Hairlines appear throughout, and a few pinscratches are noted near Liberty's knees.
