Standing Liberty Quarters
1921 25C MS65 PCGS. The 1921 is a key date in the Standing Liberty quarter series. The issue boasts a moderately small mintage of less than 2 million coins, of which a huge number have had their dates worn off in circulation and are no longer identifiable. Gem examples of this date are scarce and in high demand among ambitious collectors. This example displays radiant luster beneath golden toning. The shield and central eagle are razor-sharp, although Liberty's temple is a trifle weak. There are no distracting abrasions.
