Standing Liberty Quarters
1924-D 25C MS65 Full Head PCGS. The 1924-D is frequently seen with a flat, almost dished-out head similar to that for which the 1926-D is famous. The present Gem example is a scarce exception to the rule, showing full definition of the head, shield, and date, with the eagle's feathers sharply defined. This satiny, well-preserved coin displays warm golden toning over each side. Population: 62 in 65 Full Head, 24 finer (10/16).
