Standing Liberty Quarters
1926 25C MS66 Full Head PCGS. Light golden and iridescent toning are evident on each side of this remarkable quarter. It is frosty and brilliant with full mint luster, and bold strike definition prevails throughout Liberty's head, the shield, and the eagle's breast feathers and wing. There are no distracting abrasions. The 1926 is rarely seen this fine, and such pieces are exceedingly rare when seen as sharp as the present coin. Population: 47 in 66 (7 in 66+) Full Head, 3 finer (10/16).
Ex: FUN Signature (Heritage, 1/2010), lot 2669.
