Bust Half Dollars
1811 50C Small 8, O-106, R.3, AU58 PCGS. Struck from a deteriorated die state with strong metal flowlines spreading toward the rims in the peripheral fields. This near-Mint O-106 half dollar displays a fairly even strike but with minor weakness on the right-hand stars. Neither side exhibits immediately obvious wear, and ample luster glows in the fields. Both sides have dusky champagne-gray toning and largely smooth surfaces.
