Proof Seated Half Dollars
1891 50C PR64 NGC. This final-year example is deeply toned and full of eye-appeal. The obverse is iridescent gold and mint-green at the center with deeper red and blue colors at the rims. The reverse is much lighter with a thin ring of antique-gold at the border. The proof qualities illuminate the profusion of colors, and the sharply struck devices are evident at all angles.
