Barber Half Dollars
1908-O 50C MS67 PCGS. From a substantial mintage of 5.3 million pieces, the 1908-O Barber quarter is an available issue in lower Mint State grades, making it a favorite choice of branch mint type collectors. Few survivors can match the high technical quality and tremendous eye appeal of the present coin, however. Vivid shades of golden-brown, slate-gray, and magenta toning blanket the impeccably preserved surfaces of this spectacular Superb Gem. The design elements are sharply detailed throughout and vibrant mint luster shines through the patina. Housed in a green label holder. Population: 15 in 67, 1 finer (11/16).
