1914 50C AU58 PCGS. Always in demand for its low mintage, the 1914 is a key date in the late Barber series. This example retains most of its mint luster with spotty almond-gold toning surrounding most the of the raised elements. Sharply struck with only slight merging at the upper right shield corner. Two tiny ticks below the eye and a shallow abrasion beneath the jawline are noted. Population: 21 in 58 (1 in 58+), 138 finer (10/16).
