1860-O $1 MS61 NGC. OC-2. The 1860-O is one of the few Seated dollars that can be acquired with little difficulty in Mint State. Many were distributed from the Treasury during the early 1960s. Splashes of cobalt-blue and golden-orange patina combine with areas of significant mint brilliance. Well-struck with slight softness near the borders.
