1955-D 25C MS66+ PCGS. CAC. Deep autumn-red, sun-orange, and lemon-yellow hues adorn the satiny, beautifully preserved surfaces of this high-end Premium Gem. The strike is sharp, and the color balance is eye-appealing. The 1955-D Washington quarter is available in MS66, but PCGS lists only three Superb Gems finer (10/16). This Plus-graded "intermediate" coin will appeal to a number of Registry collectors.
