Walking Liberty Half Dollars
1935-S 50C MS66 PCGS. CAC. The 1935-S Walking Liberty half dollar is one of the most elusive issues in the latter half of the series to obtain in Gem condition. Premium Gems are very scarce, and Superb Gems should be regarded as unobtainable for all but the most well-financed specialists. This piece, with its shimmering frost and slight central incompleteness, is typical of the San Francisco facility. Wonderfully preserved with accents of gold at the upper obverse and between the eagle's legs. PCGS shows just three finer grading events (11/16).
