1878 7/8TF $1 Weak, VAM-41C, MS66 PCGS. A Super CD Variety. VAMworld.com calls VAM-41C the "Bearded Lady" variety, due to the prominent clash marks along Liberty's profile and neck. This lightly toned and thoroughly lustrous Premium Gem has nearly pristine fields, though we note mint-made strike-throughs above the leaves of the eagle's branch. Wispy grazes on Liberty's cheek determine the grade.
