1880-CC $1 Reverse of 1879, 8/7 Dash, VAM-9, MS66+ PCGS. CAC. A round die lump above the foot of the second L in DOLLARS is the pick-up point for VAM-9. A thoroughly lustrous Premium Gem with light silver-gray toning and uncommonly smooth surfaces. The strike is generally sharp, although faint vertical roller marks (as made) cross Liberty's ear.
