Morgan Dollars
1892-CC $1 MS64 PCGS. Upon completion of the GSA sales in the 1970s, just a single 1892-CC dollar represented the issue and the relative scarcity of the issue was confirmed. This is a Choice Uncirculated example, with silver-white surfaces that display a pale suggestion of gold near the rim at PLURIBUS and a few freckles of cloudy-gray patina. By and large, the surfaces are untoned and frosty with a decent strike for the issue. The MS64 grade is an optimal one for collectors, since the average price triples at the next-highest level.
