Morgan Dollars
1892-CC $1 MS64 PCGS. Unlike some other Carson City issues, the 1892-CC circulated heavily in the West and many coins were lost to attrition. Most Uncirculated survivors come from Treasury releases in the 1940s and 1950s, although nearly 3,000 Mint State coins were part of LaVere Redfield's hoard that was dispersed in the mid-1970s. This near-Gem coin was well-preserved. Untoned and brilliant-white, the Choice fields are semireflective and the strike is sharp.
