Morgan Dollars
1893-CC $1 MS62 Prooflike PCGS. The Bowers silver dollar reference notes that prooflike 1893-CC silver dollars are "elusive and usually lightly struck at the centers." The description is apt for this coin, which displays nicely reflective fields but noticeable blending over the ear and incompleteness on the ear itself. Still, Liberty's portrait is minimally marked and attractively frosted. Hints of pale, golden-gray toning add appeal to the silver-white surfaces. Population: 64 in 62 Prooflike, 25 finer (11/16).
