1904 $1 MS66 PCGS. A melange of green, grayish-green, orange-gold, and lavender toning visits the lustrous surfaces of this Premium Gem Morgan dollar. The design elements are better struck than typically seen for this issue, including the hair above Liberty's ear that exhibits a modicum of detail. The eagle's breast, however, shows the usual weakness. The surfaces of both sides are remarkably clean for a large, heavy silver dollar; Liberty's cheek reveals just a few light ticks. Population: 30 in 66 (2 in 66+), 0 finer (11/16).
