1878 8TF $1 Doubled Bow, VAM-14.3, PR63 PCGS. The deep, watery mirrors and incredibly sharp devices make this coin an unquestionable proof. Lightly frosted and largely untoned, though wisps of pearl-gray have settled on the reverse. Some hairlines in the fields restrict the grade. For all 1878 8 Tailfeathers proofs, population: 31 in 63, 48 finer (10/16).
