1934-S $1 MS63 PCGS. No other issue in the Peace dollar series poses as much of a challenge in MS60 through MS64 as the 1934-S. Light violet-gray patina over each side fails to inhibit frosty luster that radiates from the underlying surfaces. The strike is exceedingly bold on the obverse, less so on the reverse, with small marks peppered in the fields. Housed in an old green label holder.
