Morgan Dollars
1881-S $1 MS68 Prooflike PCGS. 30th Anniversary Green Label Holder. Exquisite arcs of rose-red, powder-blue, and lemon-gold toning adorn the upper reverse periphery. The remainder of this high-grade silver dollar type coin is brilliant. The flashy fields are practically pristine, and the same can be said about the intricately struck devices. The 1881-S is well-known as a common date in most grades. Both NGC and PCGS have certified more than 100,000 pieces as MS64. But the issue becomes rare with a prooflike finish at the MS68 level. Population: 5 in 68 Prooflike, 0 finer (11/16).
