Morgan Dollars
1893-S $1 AU50 PCGS. One of just 100,000 Morgan dollars produced at the California branch mint in 1893, this untoned example retains partial mint luster on both sides. The devices exhibit a trace of rub, and scattered abrasions include a few moderate distractions over the lower half of Liberty's portrait. The majority of 1893-S dollars are believed to have been released into circulation at the time of issue. As such, this is the rarest Morgan dollar issue in high grades. The opportunity to acquire an AU representative of this always in-demand key date should not be overlooked by specialists. Seldom seen finer.
