The obverse has a circle of brilliant silver at the center, while the reverse is fully toned. The fields are richly mirrored and the devices are satiny and lustrous, with the toning preventing a Cameo designation. This piece is numerically tied for the finest that PCGS has certified, regardless of designation. NGC has also never graded an example numerically finer (11/16).
