1908-D $10 Motto MS65+ PCGS. Ex: Harbor View. The 1908-D Motto Indian eagle has the fourth highest mintage of any issue of the type, yet high grade pieces are elusive. In fact, PCGS and NGC have combined to grade just 33 examples finer than MS64. Advanced Indian eagle specialists are well aware of the difficulty posed by the issue in high grades, and will certainly bid accordingly. This piece has a bold strike and pristine yellow surfaces with soft, frosty mint luster and delicate orange overtones. Population: 13 in 65 (1 in 65+), 9 finer (11/16).
