PCGS Registry Set collectors of proof Silver Eagles arguably have a more challenging set to complete than those who assemble NGC-certified sets, as the population of the series key, the 1995-W, in PR70 Deep Cameo is significantly lower at this service than it is at NGC. PCGS reports 171 grading events in this grade, less than half of the pieces reported by NGC (11/16).
