1893 25C Isabella Quarter MS66 PCGS. The Isabella quarter is usually available through MS66, but finer examples are scarce. This well-struck, collectible Premium Gem displays vibrant cartwheel luster shining through rich ocean-blue and lavender toning on each side. A loupe reveals a few tiny marks, none out of line for the grade or particularly distracting. PCGS reports 57 numerically finer submissions (11/16).
