1925 50C Stone Mountain MS68 NGC. This remarkable MS68 Stone Mountain half dollar is among the finest known, and it is a major condition rarity as such. The coin is well-struck from lightly worn dies that show faint metal flowlines in the obverse fields. A crescent of deep burgundy toning appears along the lower-right obverse border, but the remainder of each side displays mostly olive-gold toning with soft pink and mint-green accents on the obverse. Census: 12 in 68, 0 finer (11/16).
