1995-W $1 Silver Eagle PR69 Deep Cameo PCGS. Just 30,125 pieces were struck, and while most pieces are understandably in very high grades, relatively few achieve the PR69 Deep Cameo designation or finer. This visually unimprovable example falls just short of the ultimate grade, yet it stands out for the blatant frostiness and devices perched on unfathomably deep, glassy fields. PCGS now reports 102 finer examples, a number that inches up from time to time but not quickly (11/16).
