1901 $2 1/2 MS66+ PCGS. The second 1 in the date is repunched. This glittering Premium Gem has peach-gold interiors that cede to sun-gold hues around the rims. A daub of reddish color appears at the point of Liberty's coronet. Seemingly flawless, save for a microscopic tick near star 9. PCGS shows 18 finer grading events (11/16).
