Quality within the grade is better than expected for the MS63 assessment, hence the added recognition from PCGS and CAC. The centers are boldly defined, while the periphery exhibits slightly softer detail. Marks peppered over each side barely prevent a full MS64 grade. A pinscratch near the motto merits attention.
