1869-S $20 AU58 NGC. From a mintage of 686,750 coins, the 1869-S is moderately available through AU55. Near-mint examples are scarce, and truly Uncirculated survivors are rarely offered. This yellow-gold Type Two representative is surprisingly lustrous with a faint greenish tinge. Wispy marks appear over each side. The devices are well-defined.
