SICILY, Katane. Circa 435-412 BC. AR Tetradrachm (26mm, 17.13 g, 5h). Dies by the Maestro della Foglia. Charioteer driving walking quadriga right, holding kentron and reins; above, Nike flying right, crowning horses; winged thunderbolt in exergue / Laureate head of Apollo left; olive leaf to lower right. Cf. Mirone 46; HGC 2, 570 corr. (exergue symbol not noted; same obv. die as illustration). Near VF, toned, compact flan, area of flat strike.
