Wreathed head of Kore right, wearing single-pendant earring and necklace; KOPAΣ behind / AΓAΘOKΛEIOΣ, Nike standing right, erecting trophy; triskeles to left. HGC 2, 1536. SNG ANS 679. A pleasing example of the so-called "African" variant of this type. Struck on a broad flan and attractively toned.
