New Brunswick. Private 1/2 Penny Token ND (1845) XF Details (Surface Damage) PCGS, Breton-914 (R4), Charlton NB-3. F. McDermott, importer. An early business card which likely saw some use as a halfpenny token as well, this very rare piece exhibits some damage near the lion's head on the obverse, but is an otherwise pleasing, lightly circulated example, with attractive olive green and brown surfaces.
