The highest collectible denomination of this one-year issue (there were reportedly 2 examples of the 20 piastres struck, but we've seen neither sell and have seen no records of Specimens of the issue either), with bright tone-free surfaces and frost on the raised motifs that creates a light cameo appearance. Rarely seen in this format and immensely collectible as such. The first we have offered.
