Napoleon III gold 100 1857-A MS63 NGC, Paris mint, KM786.1, Fr-580, KM802.1. Bare Head type. An engaging selection with honey-accented coloration, blazing mint luster that traverses the surfaces, and a pleasingly-bold portrait of the Emperor. Very mild contact marks are noted in the reflective fields, but blend nicely into the light layer of tone that canvases the surfaces. Choice so fine.
