Henry VI (First Reign, 1422-61) gold Noble 1422-c.1430 MS64 PCGS, London mint, Annulet Issue, Lis mm, S-1799, North-1414. Crowned king with sword and shield standing facing in ship, an annulet by his sword arm / Floriate cross with h in central quadrilobe, an annulet in one spandrel. A fully brilliant piece featuring a superb strike with sharp details throughout and very little wave to the flan. A flan crack along the left side of Henry's shield cuts through to the center-reverse just above the "h" and contains some dark-green residue.
