Ferdinand VII gold Escudo 1817 NG-M AU58 NGC, Nueva Guatemala mint, KM74, Fr-25, Cal-278. Full, gleaming mint luster with reflective fields. The strike is bold and there is no actual wear on this appealing example. We have seen only two finer examples, MS62 and MS63, and this piece is the equal of either of those two coins.
