British India. Victoria gold Mohur 1862-(c) MS62 NGC, Calcutta mint, KM480, Prid-6, S&W-4.6. Type C/1. "V" on Bust, Two Flowers variety. Lustrous with moderate contact marks that are commensurate with the grade. Upon close inspection, a partial outline of Victoria's bust can be seen through the reverse die as a result of clashed dies.
Note: Clashed dies occur when two dies are pressed together with no planchet in between, the result leaving a ghosted impression of the other side on future strikes.
