Willem I bronze Proof Pattern 10 Gulden 1819 PR64 NGC, KM-PN35. This type is normally struck in gold (KM56). The strike is resplendent, with adorning watery mirrors that hold flashy iridescent tone and sharply detailed devices as one might expect of a coin in this format. We last sold this off-metal example in our April 2011 CICF Sale for $3881.25 and to date, we have yet to encounter another example, which only serves to help confirm its extreme rarity. Expect spirited competition for this possibly unique issue.
Estimate: 3500-4500 USD
