Republic Proof 25 Centavos 1950 PR63 NGC, Royal mint, KM18.1. Choice Proof with fully lustrous surfaces and only trivial surface handling marks preventing an even higher technical designation. An extreme rarity in proof finish, this being the finest of only three known examples to the cataloger and the only piece currently certified at NGC.
