Philadelphia mint, KM-PS3 (as a set). Mintage of only 471 sets, many of which were ruined by the dumping in Manila Bay during World War II. A highly desired proof set due to its low mintage and aforementioned attrition, with this set likely to attract even more attention from collectors that prefer "white" coins to those with toning. The 20 centavos is further notable as one of only three at the Superb Gem (PR67) grade level at NGC with none certified finer.
