Catherine II "Free Trade Agreement" Specimen silver Medal 1790 SP62 PCGS, commemorating the Free Trade Agreement between the cities of Feodosia, Kherson, and Sevastopol in 1784, Diakov-201.2 (R3), Smirnov-300, 75mm. PCGS has mistakenly listed this medal as Diakov-201.1 on the holder, it is Diakov-201.2, with the signature S. Yudin, and Copied by . Baranov, on the reverse. Obv. Crowned, laureate, and mantled bust of Catherine II, right. Rev. Caduceus over city shields of Feodosia, Kherson, and Sevastopol. The strike is superb, with very high relief and reflective fields. Light golden toningis displayed on both sides, with light marks consistent with the grade. A very rare, and pleasing, large silver medal. Included is a certificate of authenticity, # 5211, from the "Society of Friends of the State Historical Museum" in Moscow
