Solar eclipse with four inscriptions at angles; wilting flowers at bottom. Issued to commemorate the victories in the War of Spanish Succession. Beautifully toned and highly desired as a type given the wonderfully expressive sunface rendering. Incorrectly attributed as from the Ernst Otto Horn Collection on the PCGS insert.
