Rare quality for the issue, with full definition showcased in the raised central motifs and attractive satiny luster in the fields that is framed by antique-gold and mauve patina along the legends. One of the finest examples of this date and edge type thus far certified with only a single comparable MS65 graded at PCGS and one example graded finer between both services.
