Meiji gold 5 Yen Year 6 (1873) MS66 NGC, Osaka mint, KM-Y11a, Fr-47, JNDA 01-3A. Fully struck and minimally marked with an attractive ring of orange-gold tone that haloes the outer edges. One of the finer examples certified. Encapsulated in the original Japan Ministry of Finance holder (similar to the GSA holders for the U.S.) with tamper-evident seals added by NGC.
