Catherine I Novodel Poltina (1/2 Rouble) 1726 MS64 NGC, Red mint, Bit-H61 (R2), KM-NJ3, Severin-787, UZD-651. Obv. Crowned and draped bust of Catherine I left. Rev. Crowned double-headed eagle with orb and scepter. Full luster beneath a touch of russet patina. The centers are a bit softly struck, with only a few minor marks. The obverse fields are nicely reflective and the reverse displays frosty luster. Extremely rare and the only example of this type certified by NGC, or PCGS.
