Ferdinand III gold 10 Ducats 1644/3 MS61 NGC, Prague mint, KM460 (Bohemia), Dietiker-836, Fr-213. Obv. Laureate, and armored, bust of Ferdinand III, right, as Holy Roman Emperor. Rev. Crowned double-headed eagle with Prague coat-of-arms, below is the symbol of Jakob W. Wolker, a hand holding a six-pointed star. Boldly struck, with fully lustrous surfaces and attractive greenish-gold patina. A few very small marks are noted, but the overall appearance is exceptional for this conditionally rare issue. This is the only example certified by either NGC or PCGS.
