Alexander I of Russia gold 50 Zlotych 1819-IB AU53 NGC, Warsaw mint, KM103, Fr-105, Bitkin-806. Large head type. Obv. Bare head right. Rev. Crowned imperial double eagle facing, holding scepter, sword, and orb; crown above, crowned and mantled coat-of-arms on breast. Highly lustrous, with some scattered hairlines commensurate with the grade, this last-year issue in this particular three-year run is always popular. Struck during the period of the Russian domination of Poland, these pieces are always difficult to locate, especially in better grades such as this.
