Obv. Laureate, draped, and armored bust of Peter the Great right. Rev. Crowned imperial double eagle facing, with coat-of-arms on breast and crown above, and holding scrolls in beaks and claws. Highly lustrous, with an attractive light russet tone near the peripheries. An extremely popular type, featuring only the slightest number of hairlines.
