Leopold II silver Franc 1886 MS66 PCGS, KM29.1, obverse legend reads, "DER BELGEN." This example is obviously a Specimen striking. The strike is flawless, with brilliant white luster and nicely reflective fields. Close examination shows that this piece was struck from highly polished dies.
